Unable to open document: Failed to find source file

Scenario

When you are accessing your iManage Work 10 files via Firefox or Chrome and you choose to compare files using the Workshare Compare desktop application, you may receive an error message.

This message is displayed when you’re using WIIS 1.1 and Workshare Compare Desktop 9.5.4.

Resolution

You will need to install a patch in order to use this functionality from Chrome and Firefox.

Note: You do not need a patch to do this from Internet Explorer 11.
