Control who can share your group
As the owner or administrator of a group, you decide if you want your group to be easy to share or if you want to restrict who can add new members.
There are two options in the group permissions that control how other people can access the group:
-
Members can add people: Determines whether individual members can add people to this group.
-
Can be shared by link: Determines whether it's possible to send a link to people inside or outside your organization. The link can be shared via an email or anywhere else that would make sharing easier for you and others. Anyone who clicks on this link will be added to the group.
