- Convert files to a link using Interactive Protect - When you attach files to an email, a link to each file will appear in addition to the link to the folder containing all the files. If recipients click a file link, they'll be taken to the file preview.
- Convert files to a link without using Interactive Protect - There are also options available in Outlook's attachments bar - one enables users to convert attachments to a link with a single click and the other enables users to change permissions after the links have been created.
- Convert to link on reaching file size limit - Users or administrators can specify a threshold for when email attachments will be automatically converted to a link.
- Send large files using Attach as Link - Outlook limits the size of files you can attach. Attach as Link gets round this by converting the file to a link.
