"OK" button is grayed out in the Workshare Compare document selection dialog
If you've manually typed a document's name in the document selection dialog, you may find that the you are unable to click the "OK" button to compare the documents.
Scenario
In Workshare Professional 9 Update 7, there is a bug where if you manually type a document's name into the document selection dialog, the "OK" button is grayed out.
Resolution
This bug is resolved in later versions of Workshare. You can upgrade to the latest version here:
Workshare 9 Latest Update.
Workaround
Instead of changing the typing file name, you can browse for the modified document.
