Saving PDF files in NetDocuments

When using the Workshare Compare NetDocuments integration and selecting to save, for example, the redline as a PDF in NetDocuments, you may have to manually set a Registry key.

If ndOffice is installed without Adobe Reader or if Adobe Reader is installed AFTER ndOffice, then set the following Registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetVoyage\NetDocuments\ndOfficeHandoff

This key should be set to = pdf

If this key is not set, then a 0KB PDF file is saved to NetDocuments.
