How to find the Admins of your Workshare Connect account
This will show you how to use the “People” tab of your Workshare Connect account to find your account Admin(s).
Certain changes made in the Workshare Connect Admin Console (such as designating an admin, deactivating/reactivating accounts, etc.), can only be made by an existing account Admin or the existing account Owner.
Due to security and data protection policies set in place, Workshare is unable to provide you with the names or other personal details of any users (this includes email addresses, both corporate and personal), but you can find out who is an admin on your account by following these steps:
Note 1: To find out who the Owner of the account is, please ask an Admin to check the Admin Console under Account Settings.
Note 2: Admins can be changed or reassigned by other Admins, but it is not possible to change the account Owner via the Admin Console.
To change the account Owner, the current Owner must send a request to support@workshare.com, cc'ing the prospective Owner in the email.
If the existing Owner no longer works for the company, the purchaser of the account needs to submit a request to support@workshare.com, with both the existing Owner and the prospective Owner cc'd in the email.
Workshare is unable to disclose who the purchaser of the account is, due to security and data protection policies set in place. However, it's generally someone from your IT or purchasing department.

- Log into your account on Workshare Connect (either using the desktop application or my.workshare.com).
- Click the People tab, which is found on the left-hand side of the window/page.
- Scroll through the list. Admins for the account have anbadge next to their names.
