The I'm storing is calculated by adding the size of every version of every file owned by the user, which includes files in the following:
  • Files and Folders
  • Groups
  • Transact
  • Recycle Bin
Note that owned is not the same as created by. A user owns a file if the parent folder is inside its root folder regardless of the creator of the file.

In the case of Transact, the owner will be the owner of the deal.

Storage will decrease when files are deleted from the recycle bin (Transact files are exempt to this, as they are never placed in the recycle bin).
