When recipients click the link in the email, they are taken directly to the folder on my.workshare.com. At this point, they become members of the folder and can access and collaborate on the files in the folder.

They will have the permissions set for that folder and will be able to access all its files and subfolders. If the user was already a member of one of its subfolder, the user’s permissions will be changed on all folders to match those of the top-level folder you shared with them.

Note: New users to Workshare will need to create an account.
