Change the location of the Workshare sync folder

To change the location of the Workshare sync folder:
  1. Open the Workshare desktop app.
  2. From the File menu, select Preferences...
  3. Select Sync Settings.

  1. If required, change the location of the Workshare Sync folder by clicking the browse button and selecting a different location. By default, this folder is named and located as follows:
  • Windows: C:\Users\[user name]\Workshare
  • Mac: /Users/[user name]/Workshare
Any files or folders put in this folder will be added to Workshare and synced across your devices.
