Main
When people are added to a group, they become group members. Members can post to the group conversation, access the group’s files and comment on the files. Depending on how you’ve set the permissions, they may be also able to add or remove files, add versions, and download the files and comments. Read more about permissions here: Group permissions.

Click Members to see who is in your group.

You’ll notice that some people are regular members and some are admins. Members can add people to the group and change the name of the group. Admins can do these things, plus they can remove people from the group, change the permissions, and make other people admins. By default, the creator of the group is an admin and others are members.

To grant or remove admin status:
  1. Go to the Members tab of your group.
  2. Click the User-added image menu next to the person’s name.
  3. Select Grant admin rights or Remove admin rights.
