If the desktop app appears offline when it should be online, try these steps:
- Check whether you're connected to the internet. The desktop app will only be online if you are.
- In the app, go to File > Preferences... and sign out and sign in again.
- Ensure these domains are opened in the firewall/proxy server:
- *.workshare.com
- *.s3.amazonaws.com
- Protocol HTTPS, port 443
- Try to login to the desktop app with a different email address to see whether the issue is specific to your email address.
