| Main | - Open the desktop app, click your name and select Admin Console.
- Select the User Management tab.
- Select the Users radio button.
- Click
 to the left of the user whose password you want to reset. The Edit User window is displayed. - Scroll to the Reset User Password area and click Reset Password.
- Click Reset Password. The user will immediately be logged out of the web, desktop, and mobile apps, and they will be sent an email with instructions on resetting their password.
